Dates: 2cups deseeded
Cashews roasted: ¼ cup
Unsalted roasted pistachio: ¼ cup
Method Of Preparation
Microwave the dates for 2min to make the dates soft. If the dates are soft avoid this step.
Crush the nuts together in a processor.
Then add the dates to processor and blend it for just a turn.
Take the crushed nuts and blended dates to a bowl.
Knead or mix it well.
Take a wax paper, grease or spray oil.
Then add the dates mix to it and roll it tightly to a log.
Refrigerate for 2hrs to get it firm
Then take it out and cut it into slices.

Note: You can add any dried fruits or nuts of your choice.
